Butter is the post-Facebook social network for making new friends that are outside your existing social circles. We are building the graph of people that you don’t know, via photo messaging. The major social apps today restrict your connections to people you already know and the contacts in your device address book. They are not designed to make new friends. We are social beings and are hardwired to grow our social connections, and today, there is nowhere to do this. Butter meets that need and users are incredibly engaged, it’s a fun and addictive way to make friends!
