Careerflo is a matchmaker between college talent and employers, similar to a dating service. It aims to bridge the gap and connect millennials to career opportunities where they will succeed based on their background and skill-set. Careerflo's web-based recruiting platform utilizes a matching algorithm that aligns both parties together based on personality, experience, compatibility and needs, in addition to using a recommendation system similar to Pandora radio to produce relevant and suitable matches learned through the on-going behavior of each user. By offering rich candidate profiles equipped with a video introduction, portfolio, personality breakdown and a verified-skill set Careerflo provides a platform where students can shine, while also streamlining the recruiting process for recruiters. We will do so by proactively sourcing, screening and matching talent up front, while offering a more profound look into each candidate beyond the traditional resume.
