Depot Springs Brewery will be one of the top brewery experiences in the US. Nothing like it exists in San Diego or surrounding cities that captures all the senses; brewery, food, underground cellar room, music/entertainment, distillery and more. The brewery itself will focus on creating craft beers. Our master brewer has already won multiple awards and accolades. The brewery will have 30 taps inside and 10 taps outside. The food will be 1st class and affordable while giving the consumer an experience pairing beer and spirits with food and desserts. D.S.B will have 6 sources of revenue streams; beer sales on-site, off-site distribution, restaurant, liquor, merchandise and events. The outdoor area will be the focal point of the project creating a courtyard which will bring together all the aspects of this 20,000 sqft project. Live music and a movie in the park atmosphere will keep everyone of all ages entertained while enjoying the food and beer. Land/building owned free and clear
