Waste to Energy (WTE) System

About

In the instance where currently waste is directed to landfills, EcoConzept offers a solution for environmentally friendly waste utilization with no impact on ecology and generating electricity at the same time. This will benefit both parties: San Diego County and Pala Band of Mission Indians. This project will help San Diego County to preserve the environment by eliminating accumulated waste without a new landfill. Pala Tribe will stop wasting resources on their battle against Gregory Canyon Landfill. Instead they will solve MSW problem and also generate green power. Proposed Waste-To-Energy (WTE) plant will allow to generate $4,812,500 annually from landfill tipping fee diversion and another $4,410,000 annually from electricity sale. it will also allow preserving 308 acres of land roughly estimated for a recycling center, access roads and bridges, and soil stockpile as well as another 1,475 acres, which were planned to remain open space if Gregory Canyon Landfill is built.
