Gradeheads is a niche job board for job candidates who have attained school GPA of 3.5 or above. It is the only job board that offers the school transcript as part of the candidate profile. The job postings are free. Revenue generation is via employers ordering candidate complete profile, which includes the transcript, resume, candidate contact info and other attachments showing candidate achievement. Gradeheads offer the standard job search and candidate scouting features plus messaging and notification. Our mission is to provide a facility for job seekers who performed excellently in school to leverage their excellent grades in the job market. Currently, these candidates get lost in the big job board crowd. In the same token, we facilitate employers' search for excellent candidates, whom they would otherwise have to sift through from a clutter of resumes they retrieve from the big job boards.
