Almost every business today has a web-presence at multiple locations online including a company website, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn pages. Because finding talent is critical to every business, when hiring, recruiters post jobs to multiple job boards like Craigslist, Monster along with the social media websites and their company website. They are currently doing so by logging into each platform manually and making each post one-by-one. They receive all applications via email and on average get 250 applicants flooding there inbox. Most recruiters then go ahead and build excel sheets manually to manage the whole hiring process. We are building Hiringz to protect their sanity. We let recruiters and organizations collaboratively post and manage jobs across multiple job boards, aggregators and social networks from a single web-based dashboard. With Hiringz, companies can streamline team workflow with scheduling and assignment tools while reaching applicants from a unified platform.
