Phats is the new era of indulgence for today‘s diner. Even the most conscious health food freak lusts for that heavy, sinful guilty pleasure we all know as bacon. Bacon isn’t the only edible seductress of the culinary adventure we plunge into when dining out though! Old McDonald had a bountiful farm of animals for a reason! From the natural full bodied flavors and aromas of pork, duck and grandma’s cow, to the chickens in the front yard; somebody had to come up with Phats. At Phats, the delivery of a “baconopolis” and an accompaniment of other popular menu items will be tastefully and moderately exploited to the food industry in an innovative way, to entice our dining guests and satisfy their crave for natural, hearty flavors and unique bites. This isn’t your average fly by night eatery serving out dated so called industry staples. We set ourselves apart by utilizing the often forgotten and much unappreciated natural flavor and seasoning of multiple Phats.
