Skylit Medical is a connected treatment device that brings clinical UVB therapy to over 40 million patients with psoriasis, eczema and vitiligo. The device relays data via a mobile app and simply guides patients through daily or weekly therapy. Skylit Medical replaces inconvenient visits to a phototherapy site far from a patient’s primary care physician or dermatologist. UV therapy is an effective treatment for psoriasis, eczema, vitiligo, and other skin conditions caused by the immune system. It can act either as a standalone therapy or in combination with other treatments. The Skylit Medical device can relay usage information back to a dermatologist to verify compliance. That means a patient can remotely be diagnosed, prescribed and monitored while being treated with the device.
