Product is an already established Sports Bar in te Gaslamp of San Diego. Currently only profiting 5% as owners are hands off and have no previous restaurant background. Secured lease on 5k sq ft buildout space on 3rd floor They are currently only turning a 5% profit. At the worst they should be doing a 35% profit. When i was at the Marriott, I took a bar/restaurant doing $625k to doing $2.35mil in my last full year (which began 3 months after I started) at a 62% profit margin.
