Fed up with the low quality "mechanically separated" meat product being offered at local markets, the two Co-Founders decided to create an All-Natural handcrafted beef jerky product for the masses. Monthly subscriptions and unique flavors coming soon. Operating under a lean managment style, we are looking to keep costs low and profits high. We buy meat directly from the butcher to allow for reasonable prices on higher quality cuts.
