Twazer is a mobile application that facilitates the buying and selling of personal items on a college campus, thus building a community of local users. Twazer's targeted demographic is the relatively untouched market of college students who are looking to buy/sell their no longer needed or wanted items. Currently, buying and selling products on a college campus is inefficient, tedious, and unsafe as students use Craigslist and Facebook. With Craigslist, there is a stigma of fraud, lack of safety in the process, and an outdated interface. With Facebook, selling items in Facebook groups is inefficient and time consuming. Twazer addresses these issues by offering a safe, efficient, and fun way to buy and sell items on a college campus. Every twazer transaction will start and end on your phone. No more shuffling between devices. No more dread and wonder of “who” you’ll be dealing with. Twazer is being built from the ground up, as a trusted, localized, college transaction community.
